Chia seed pudding is a favorite in my house. My kiddos love it for breakfast and I am so glad they do. I like it because there’s absolutely no effort in making it. It’s one of those dishes you just can NOT mess up. Plus, there is endless ways of making chia pudding.
We eat a lot of chia seeds in our house because they not only taste good but they are good for you. Loaded with omega-3s, calcium, iron, protein and most importantly fiber. I believe that taking vitamins are important since most people do not get all they need from their eating habits. However, my philosophy is eat a wholesome healthy diet and you will get everything you need within the foods you eat.
